About Vyntra
Vyntra is a growing fintech focused on financial crime prevention and AML solutions, with around 165 employees across Belgium, Switzerland, Kenya and other regions. Following the merger of NetGuardians and Intix, we are continuing to scale and integrate our systems and processes, including the ongoing integration of our CRM and ERP platforms.
Our Finance team is international, collaborative and closely connected to the day-to-day operations of the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on Accounts Receivable role within a global, subscription-based business. You will support the end-to-end AR process — from preparing invoices through to following up on outstanding payments — while working closely with Sales and other internal teams.
The role requires attention to detail, confidence in communicating with customers, and the ability to manage multiple processes across different countries and customer types.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll prepare and issue accurate subscription invoices, ensuring billing aligns with contracts held in HubSpot and internal records. This includes managing renewals, uploading invoices to customer procurement portals, and supporting vendor onboarding processes such as KYC requirements.
You'll monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices, sending structured reminders and maintaining clear records of collection activity. Where necessary, you'll collaborate with Sales to escalate or negotiate payment, always balancing cash collection with maintaining strong customer relationships.
You'll reconcile customer accounts, investigate variances, prepare aging reports and support month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition aligned to our subscription model. You'll work primarily in NetSuite and HubSpot and contribute to improving AR processes as our systems continue to integrate.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience in accounts receivable or general accounting who understands B2B invoicing processes. Experience in a subscription or SaaS environment would be an advantage, as would exposure to international customers or teams. NetSuite experience is a strong plus and familiarity with HubSpot is helpful.
You're organised, proactive and confident in your communication. You're comfortable collaborating with Sales and other internal stakeholders, managing deadlines, and working with data in Excel. A degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience is expected.
