Role Description

Green Inspirations-DMC is looking for a full-time Air Ticketing Executive to be based in our various offices, mainly in Kenya and Tanzania. The role involves managing all aspects of ticketing for our esteemed clients, which includes making reservations, issuing tickets, and processing bookings accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and communicating travel itineraries effectively. Additional duties involve assisting with other travel-related services and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and travel partners.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations, including using relevant ticketing systems and tools (Amadeus).
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to promote travel packages and upsell services where applicable
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience of not less than three years, in a similar capacity in a travel agency.
• An IATA certified certificate diploma in Travel and Tourism.
