Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
• Design static and motion-led content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and presentations
• Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) from briefs or raw footage
• Develop motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling
• Adapt content across formats while maintaining brand consistency

Creative Execution
• Interpret briefs and translate strategy into strong visual concepts
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account leads to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and concept development sessions
• Prepare production-ready assets for digital and print use

Brand & Quality Control
• Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Maintain high visual standards across all deliverables
• Manage files, versions, and handovers efficiently

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–4 years experience in multimedia design, content creation, or a similar role
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Basic to intermediate motion graphics or animation capability
• Strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Photography or videography skills
• Familiarity with African or local brand storytelling
• UI/UX or digital layout experience
