We are looking for a detail-driven Campaign Operations Associate to support the execution of approved podcast, influencer, and digital media campaigns for an international client. This role sits at the heart of campaign delivery and is ideal for candidates who thrive in campaign operations, ad operations, trafficking, QA, and execution-focused work.

This is a USA-hours, office-based role operating in a fast-paced global media environment where precision, accountability, and strong operational ownership are essential.

Role Overview

As a Campaign Operations Associate, you will manage the day-to-day operational execution of approved media campaigns. You will ensure campaigns are set up correctly, tracked accurately, and launched on time, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high execution standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute approved media campaigns across podcast, influencer, and digital platforms
• Generate and manage Insertion Orders and campaign documentation
• Maintain accurate media records and operational trackers
• Coordinate campaign onboarding and setup with vendors and partners
• Support pixel setup, distribution, and troubleshooting
• Perform QA checks and support reporting accuracy and data validation
• Partner with Media Buying, Creative, Analytics, and Client Services teams
• Ensure campaigns are delivered in line with defined processes and timelines

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Campaign Operations, Ad Operations, Media Operations, or Digital Operations
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, and QA principles
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working with systems, documentation, and structured workflows
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign execution

Working Hours & Location
• USA-based working hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Working hours may vary due to daylight savings time changes
• 100% office-based role
• Offices located in:
• Sandton
• Durban
• Cape Town
• Kenya
