Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Sales Manager based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. The Strategic Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, conduct impactful sales presentations, and lead the team in achieving sales quotas. The role will also involve generating and qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and market presence.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, proposal writing, and negotiation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities
• Good understanding of IT industry trends and technology solutions
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build long-term partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in IT distribution or solution sales is an added advantage
