Join our company as L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide technical support to end users at our customers site.
Your responsibilities:
• Technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
• Support operating systems and commonly used business applications
• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests
• Apply subject matter knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Exercise sound judgment when evaluating unique or non-standard situations, providing recommendations when required
• Deliver high-quality, client-facing communication—both verbal and written
• Participate in projects as needed
• Offer feedback on technical processes to improve efficiency
• Dispose of devices according to company policy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when advanced or escalated support
• Maintain documentation of issues, activities, and resolutions
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or desktop support environment
• Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and standard business software/operating systems
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, solve technical issues, and adapt proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to perform asset disposal services
• Strong ownership and accountability for daily tasks
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Communicative English and native-level proficiency in the local language
