We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Nairobi operations, with full ownership of revenue, key accounts, and sales leadership across Kenya and the wider East Africa region.

What You Will Do
• Own and drive Kenya & East Africa B2B revenue and sales strategy
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team
• Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global HQ
• Acquire, manage, and expand strategic enterprise and multinational accounts
• Lead executive-level negotiations and close high-value, multi-country contracts
• Establish partnerships with key corporates, distributors, and procurement leaders
• Forecast revenue, manage pipelines, and report performance to global leadership
• Work closely with global production, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
• Represent VORN at industry events, executive meetings, and regional forums

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory
• Fluent English (business level); Swahili is a strong advantage
• 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5+ years in senior sales leadership
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise and cross-border deals
• Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams
• Strong executive presence, negotiation, and board-level presentation skills
• Strategic, data-driven, and commercially sharp mindset
• Comfortable managing international stakeholders and regional operations

Preferred (Strong Advantage)
• Experience in automotive, energy, manufacturing, uniforms, or industrial sectors
• Established C-level and procurement network in Kenya and East Africa
• Experience leading regional or multi-country sales operations

What We Offer
• Base Salary: KES 300,000 – 400,000 per month (experience dependent)
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): KES 500,000 – 700,000+ per month
• Top Performers: KES 800,000+ per month
• Annual leadership and performance bonus
• Monday–Friday | Standard executive business hours
• Executive laptop, mobile phone, CRM, and advanced lead-generation tools
• Marketing and inside-sales support with qualified inbound leads
• Direct influence on East Africa growth strategy
• Clear progression to Regional Director / Africa Head roles
