YoungToon Studios is looking for a talented Webtoon Artist based in Kenya to join our creative team. We aren’t just looking for someone to draw; we are looking for a specialist who can take a flat panel and turn it into a cinematic experience using Clip Studio Paint
.If you know how to make a scene glow, crash, or sparkle, we want to see your portfolio

🎬 THE ROL
EYou will be responsible for the final polish of our episodes. You will take line art and flat colors and apply the rendering, visual effects, and action sequences that bring the story to life

.
🖌 WHAT YOU WILL D
O• Lighting & Atmosphere: Apply dramatic lighting (sunlight, gloom, neon) and color grading to set the mood
.• VFX & Magic: Render powers, environmental effects (rain, fire, fog), and aura effects
.• Action Impact: Enhance combat with speed lines, motion blur, and dynamic impact frames
.• Final Polish: Ensure visual consistency and compositing across all panels

✅ REQUIREMENT
S• Must be based in Kenya
.• Advanced knowledge of Clip Studio Paint (Assets, Auto-actions, Blending modes)
.• Strong understanding of color theory and lighting
.• Ability to meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment

.
🌟 BONUS POINT
S• Experience blending 3D assets (SketchUp/Blender) into 2D art
.• Previous experience on a serialized Webtoon
