Our client, an SME based in Nairobi is looking to recruit a HR Officer to provide strategic leadership and direction for the Human Resources function across all its business lines spanning Liquor distribution, Safaricom Business and Pharma consultancy. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with the organization’s business objectives, driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The Head of HR will play a critical role in promoting operational excellence and ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
• Drive client acquisition and expansion through solution-led business development
• Lead customer onboarding, training, and adoption of AI-enabled products
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal product/tech teams
• Design and deliver training sessions for clients and partners
• Support pilots, demos, and post-implementation success
Qualifications
• A degree in Business Management/Management Information Systems
• At least 3-year similar experience, preferably in a microfinance or lending institution
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Poses good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage client relations and tech savvy
• Self-driven with a positive attitude
• Be a team player
Additional Information
Salary budget: 50k-60k
