Position: Recruiter
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya
💰 Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 KES

Role Overview:
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. We’re looking for someone with strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills who can meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
✅ Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels
✅ Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
✅ Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
✅ Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
✅ Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding
✅ Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance
✅ Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
✅ Collaborate to improve recruitment strategies and workflows
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
✔ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
✔ Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
