Integration Engineer – SaaS Platforms & Automation

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Integration Engineer to support two high-impact digital transformation initiatives. This is a deeply technical, execution-focused role where you’ll design and rebuild critical integrations across core business systems.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be actively architecting and developing integrations that connect financial, professional services, and procurement platforms in a scalable and reliable way.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the technical rebuild of integrations across core SaaS platforms
• Design and develop integrations between systems such as PSA, billing, revenue, expense, and procurement tools
• Own the full lifecycle of integration delivery, from design through development and deployment
• Work within Agile sprint cycles (2-week sprints), managing tasks and progress in Jira
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions and estimates
• Build scalable, resilient integrations with robust error handling and logging mechanisms

Required Experience
• 6+ years of experience in SaaS integration or middleware engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato (required)
• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io

Technical Skills
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience working with webhooks
• Proficiency in XML and JSON data structures
• Experience using AWS services such as Lambda and S3 for logging or reporting
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS systems (PSA, billing, revenue, procurement, etc.)
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and GitHub for version control

Work Style & Engagement
• Highly execution-focused role (majority hands-on development)
• Agile environment with 2-week sprint cycles
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams alongside focused coding time
• Must be available during PST or CST working hours
• 10-month contract with potential for extension
