Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, at Prudential. We are looking for Life business sales team. Key responsibilities include educating clients on various insurance products, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, the agent will handle policy renewals, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure continuous client satisfaction. Driving sales growth and consistently meeting or exceeding targets are also key components of this role.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on insurance products
• Knowledge of insurance products including life, medical, motor, business, and property insurance
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively
• Proficiency in managing client portfolios and meeting sales targets
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong customer service orientation
• Relevant professional certifications or training in insurance would be advantageous
• Build commissions.
