Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments remotely.
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Delivering teletherapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborating with educators and families to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment.
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participating in virtual meetings and professional development related to telepractice.
Qualified candidates will possess:
• A valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services in educational settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, families, and school staff.
• Familiarity with K-12 curriculum and the unique challenges of remote service delivery.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to virtual platforms and technology tools.
