Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will focus on delivering high-quality medical care, conducting health assessments, and providing emergency medical treatments when needed. You will also contribute to training and educating individuals or communities on key health practices, and serve as a critical communicator between medical teams and patients to ensure effective healthcare delivery. This role requires a combination of technical healthcare expertise, effective communication, and training aptitude to support EFAC's commitment to community well-being.

Qualifications
• Practical skills in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) and Medicine-related services
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and teams
• Experience in delivering Healthcare services and managing patient care
• Ability to conduct community Training and educate on health-related issues
• Relevant professional certifications in health or medical assistance preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to community support and improving healthcare accessibility
