Role Description

The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations at the Blueline Gifts showroom located on Muthithi Road, Westlands, Nairobi County, Kenya. This full-time, on-site role includes responsibilities such as managing the showroom’s presentation, supervising the sales team, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales to meet organizational goals. The Showroom Manager will also monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the branding workshop, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
• Proven expertise in Sales and showroom management
• Effective leadership, team coordination, and training skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing inventory and display operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in using digital tools and catalog systems for showroom management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the retail or gifting industry is a plus
