Frontend Product Owner - Sportsbook / B2B

The Front-End Product Owner is responsible for delivering a scalable, high-performance sportsbook UI platform used by multiple B2B operators across global markets.

Operating in a high-volume, real-time environment, this role owns the evolution of a configurable, multi-brand front-end platform, ensuring it delivers strong performance, usability, and conversion across web and mobile.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams, you will drive a product that supports rapid customisation, consistent user experience, and seamless scalability, aligned with the needs of different operators and jurisdictions.

What you’ll be getting up to....

You will own the frontend product layer that enables partners to:
• Customise their sportsbook (branding, layout, features)
• Customise CMS
• Launch quickly across markets
• Integrate to Partner’s PAM
• Deliver a seamless betting experience to end users.
• You'll act as the bridge between business, design, and engineering, translating betting requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and deliver scalable, configurable UI components (bet slip, navigation, promos)
• Manage client customisation via configuration, not custom builds.
• Collaborate with design, frontend, backend, trading and marketing teams.
• Translate business & client needs into clear user stories and requirements
• Prioritise backlog across platform improvements vs client requests
• Ensure high-quality UX and performance
• Work with compliance teams and reporting team to ensure regulatory requirements are met per market.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably in B2B or platform-based products.
• Experience in sports betting / iGaming or similar real-time, high-transaction environments.
• Experience in CMS .
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with external clients.
• Excellent English communication skills.
