Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nairobi County, Kenya, allowing for both in-office and remote work flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, delivering training sessions, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and implementing effective sales solutions to exceed targets. Strong collaboration with the sales and marketing team will also be essential to align goals and achieve business growth.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to generate and close leads
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diverse clients
• Experience in delivering Training to enhance the expertise and performance of sales teams
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative sales and marketing solutions
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the local market in Nairobi County, Kenya, is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
