Role Description
Our client, a leading firm in the valuations and accident assessments space, is expanding and is seeking high-performing Business Development and Growth professionals to support its next phase of growth within the insurance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive growth in underwriting valuation requests and accident assessments
2. Engage insurance brokers and insurer partners consistently
3. Convert meetings into active business
4. Track pipelines and performance using CRM and digital tools
5. Managing and converting active business pipelines
You will also:
• Own growth targets and execution strategy
• Lead and manage BD execution resources
• Take full accountability for results
Requirements
• Experience working in insurance brokerage firms, insurance companies, or related insurance services
• Strong execution discipline and comfort with targets
• Results-driven, execution-focused and accountable
• Experience using CRM tools
