Data Management Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Management Specialist . The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for managing, ensuring the quality of, and governing institutional data. Tasks include implementing data governance frameworks, maintaining data quality standards, performing data analysis to support decision-making, and overseeing master data management practices. The role is critical to maintaining accurate, secure, and well-organized data systems.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality practices, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Proven expertise in Data Management and Master Data Management to handle complex datasets effectively.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience in education, technical institutions, or public sector data management is preferred.
