15+ years as a Project Manager / Service Manager; 3+ years as a Program Manager.
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc. or B.A.).
PRINCE2 (or equivalent PM certification), Preferred ITIL Foundation v3 Certification
Led large transformation programs with multiple workstreams and PM direct reports.
Able to produce automated executive dashboards and status reporting.
Strong customer facing and interpersonal communication skills.
Calm, level headed, positive "can do" approach under pressure.
Creative problem solver with customer focused, strategic thinking.
Fluent in English + business level proficiency in one: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, or Portuguese.
