The Fellowship Program
We are assembling the founding cohort of our Intelligence Desk. This represents a first-of-its-kind role in Kenya, designed exclusively for elite analytical minds.
This Fellowship is an intensive, rigorous 8-month evaluation cycle where you will execute structural analysis on real-world macroeconomic shifts. Performance is measured strictly by analytical precision and predictive accuracy. Analysts who successfully validate their edge during this evaluation will secure formal, highly lucrative placement and capital allocation as Founding Analysts on the Kynetic Intelligence Desk.
What You Will Do
• Execute Structural Foresight: Assess and continuously monitor complex macroeconomic variables, fiscal policy shifts, and systemic risks across East Africa.
• Calibrate Analytical Models: Build and maintain rigorous frameworks to translate fragmented economic data into definitive market foresight for enterprise clients.
• Quantify Corporate Risk: Deploy advanced risk assessment methodologies to evaluate institutional exposure to sudden market disruptions and geopolitical events.
• Maintain Epistemic Objectivity: Discipline your analysis to separate empirical market signals from media noise and political bias, updating your thesis continuously as new data emerges.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking exceptional intellects from the domains of pure mathematics, institutional finance, economics, actuarial science, and corporate risk management.
• You possess the theoretical architecture necessary to decode complex fiscal policies and geopolitical variables in real-time.
• You have a deep, fundamental understanding of market mechanics, expected value, base rates, and behavioral economics.
• You are uncompromising in your logic and driven by empirical truth rather than subjective punditry.
Requisite Skills & Tools
• Domain Foundation: A rigorous academic or professional background in Mathematics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science.
• Risk Modeling: Deep familiarity with institutional risk assessment frameworks, including VaR (Value at Risk), beta analysis, and volatility modeling.
• Statistical Analysis: Expertise in probabilistic frameworks and statistical inference to map out distinct economic realities.
• Data Competency: Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (Python, R, SQL, or advanced Excel) to process, interpret, and present complex economic datasets.
