Role Description

Plexus Energy is seeking driven and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents and Solar PV Technicians. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with opportunities for remote work. Sales Agents will engage with customers, identify their energy needs, promote company products, and close sales to meet revenue targets. Solar PV Technicians will install, maintain, and troubleshoot photovoltaic systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Both roles will include contributing to customer education on renewable energy solutions and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their energy needs.
• Experience in Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and provide tailored solutions to customers.
• Ability to train customers and team members on product features and usage.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems, especially solar PV systems, is an advantage for technicians.
• Understanding of local energy industry dynamics and sustainability practices is a plus.
• Technical expertise in solar PV installation and maintenance for technician roles.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant certification or training in sales, renewable energy, or related fields is desirable.
