Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Department located in Zurich, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Head of Department will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position involves setting departmental goals, mentoring team members, and fostering collaborative relationships across various organizational levels. Additionally, the role requires analyzing industry trends, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting results to senior leadership.

• Proven experience in similar leadership roles, ideally within a dynamic or innovative industry.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
