Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Department located in Zurich, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Head of Department will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position involves setting departmental goals, mentoring team members, and fostering collaborative relationships across various organizational levels. • Proven experience in similar leadership roles, ideally within a dynamic or innovative industry.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
