Role Description
The Country Lead will oversee all operational, sales, and strategic functions in the region, driving business growth and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, implementing market strategies, and leading a high-performing team. The role also involves identifying new opportunities, expanding the company’s presence, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience, including team development and performance management
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and market analysis skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in sales and marketing within the technology or distribution sector
• Experience working with global tech brands is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently and drive business growth in competitive markets
