Product Manager – B2B Software
Job Description
The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B SaaS, understands global payroll complexities, and can translate customer needs into scalable, market-leading solutions.
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the product roadmap for a global, multi-currency payroll platform.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive gaps in B2B payroll and HR tech.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Product Development & Execution
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable features.
• Manage product lifecycles from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ensure the platform supports multiple currencies, regions, tax rules, and compliance requirements.
Marketing & Go-To-Market Leadership
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Lead product launches, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, supporting demos, webinars, and customer presentations.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Gather insights from customers, sales, support, and partners to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, revenue potential, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and executives.
Analytics & Performance
• Define success metrics and KPIs for product adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience working on payroll, HR, fintech, or multi-currency platforms (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of global payroll concepts, including currencies, taxation, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing teams and drive successful go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with agile development teams and product management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in international payroll, payments, or financial software.
• Experience launching products across multiple regions or markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with exposure to pricing and revenue strategy.
• MBA or equivalent business/technical background.
