Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Business Development & Sales Execution
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across B2B sectors
• Manage the full cycle from prospecting to contract closure
• Build persuasive proposals and close deals consistently
• Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
B. Account Management & Portfolio Growth
• Strengthen client relationships through value-driven engagement
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to increase account value
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and resolve issues proactively
• Act as trusted advisor to client executives and decision makers
C. CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM data (Zoho preferred)
• Track and analyze pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts
• Generate detailed sales activity and performance reports
• Use data insights to improve sales processes and outcomes
D. Technical Expertise & Demos
• Deliver tailored SaaS demos to technical and business audiences
• Translate features into measurable ROI and client outcomes
• Handle technical objections and collaborate with solutions engineers
• Support pre-sales training for client adoption readiness
E. Market & Competitor Intelligence
• Research industry trends, competitors, and client ecosystems
• Share intelligence with product and marketing teams for positioning
• Identify new business opportunities in emerging verticals
• Monitor competitor product features and pricing
F. Collaboration & Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
• Partner with internal teams on RFPs, tenders, and proposals
• Ensure adherence to pricing, contracts, and compliance processes
• Contribute to refining sales methodologies and best practices
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related
Technical and Functional Skills
• Proficient in SaaS sales methodologies and subscription business models.
• Skilled in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Competent in delivering product demos using virtual tools.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex software products.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft tailored proposals and estimate costs.
Relevant Experience
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience with quota attainment
• At least 2 years SaaS sales with demos and consultative selling
• Proven record of managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
• Experience in pipeline building and forecasting accuracy
• Demonstrated success in upselling and account expansion
