We operate a high-impact digital billboard in Kikuyu town, delivering powerful brand visibility to businesses and national brands. We are expanding our sales network and are looking for driven, commission-based sales agents who can bring in advertisers consistently.

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Independent Sales Representative based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, presenting our digital billboard, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires proactive communication, maintaining a professional image, and providing feedback to enhance the sales process.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Outreach
• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Time Management, Goal-Setting, and Ability to Meet Sales Targets
• Prior experience in sales or a similar role is advantageous
• Knowledge of the local market within Nairobi County
• Existing business network is a major advantage.
What you'll do
• Prospect, pitch, and close advertising deals for our digital billboard.
• Target SMEs, corporates, agencies, and brands.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of advertisers.
• Negotiate advertising packages and close monthly contracts.
• Maintain client relationships to drive renewals and repeat bookings.
• Represent our brand professionally in the market.
Compensation
• Commission-based — High earning potential
• Attractive percentage per closed deal
• Uncapped commissions (the more you sell, the more you earn)
• Fast payouts after successful collections
Note: This is an independent contractor role, not salaried employment. No fixed hours ,no caps on earnings and result based rewards
