Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Worker at our factory located in Nairobi. The Worker will be responsible for performing tasks such as operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace, and ensuring quality throughout the production process. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and efficient collaboration with teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic machinery and experience with assembly processes
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and adherence to protocols
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
• Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
