Job Description: The Senior Recruiter - Home Care is responsible for leading the entire recruitment process for caregivers (including companions, experienced health aides, certified nursing assistants, and personal care aides) for our clients and cases in the U.S.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Communications.

- Experience in U.S. recruitment: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of comprehensive experience in recruitment. Experience in the sector: Experience in healthcare, home care, and elder care is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive Recruitment

- Manage the entire recruitment process for caregiver positions in the U.S. (from receiving applications to accepting offers).

- Create and post job openings on various platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

- Review resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet minimum requirements (experience, availability, work authorization, etc.).

- Conduct phone and video interviews using structured and behavioral interview techniques.

- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring/operations managers with clear notes and recommendations. Selection and Compliance

- Conduct and coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings in accordance with U.S. and state regulations (e.g., criminal background checks, employment verification, etc.).

- Verify the necessary certifications, licenses, and documentation (e.g., caregiver training, CNA/HHA certifications, CPR, etc., depending on the position and state requirements).
