Role Overview

The HR Associate supports day-to-day human resources operations and plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role involves close coordination with employees, managers, and external partners to maintain compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
• Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required

Job Specifications / Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role
• Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
• Exposure to recruitment or employee engagement initiatives
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
