Industry: Solar PV Modules & PV Systems
We are a fast-growing international photovoltaic company, actively expanding our business across African markets. To support our local market development, we are looking for experienced local sales professionals with strong market knowledge and customer networks in the solar energy sector.
🔹 Position Overview
As a Local Sales Manager / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales of solar PV modules and PV system solutions in your local market, working closely with our international team and technical support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand local sales channels for solar PV modules and PV systems
• Identify and manage relationships with EPCs, distributors, installers, and project developers
• Promote company products and solutions, including residential, C&I, and utility-scale projects
• Support project negotiations, quotations, and contract execution
• Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, policies, and customer demand
• Represent the company at local exhibitions, events, and client meetings
🔹 Requirements
• Based in Africa (local candidates preferred)
• Experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or power equipment sales
• Strong understanding of the local solar market, customers, and regulations
• Existing customer network is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Good communication skills in English (French or other local languages are a plus)
