🎯 About the Role~ As a Scheduler, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will be responsible for connecting the right caregivers with our clients, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
✅ Key Responsibilities~
• Schedule Management~ Create and optimize caregiver schedules.
• Strategic Matching~ Pair caregivers with clients based on skills and compatibility.
• Crisis Response~ Handle schedule changes and emergencies with speed and calm.
• Effective Communication~ Act as the main link between staff and clients.
• Compliance~ Ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
📋 What are we looking for?
• Proven experience in complex scheduling or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to adapt quickly to frequent schedule changes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
