Senior Real Estate Sales & Listings Agent – Nairobi

Malluug Realty Kenya is a modern real estate agency helping Kenyans and diaspora clients to buy, sell, and rent property. We use clear systems and strong online marketing to give clients a smooth, professional experience.
We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales & Listings Agent who enjoys an active, fast-moving workday, is serious about targets, and has a real passion for property.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients on buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Find and secure quality listings, and keep the portfolio up to date with accurate prices and details.
• Handle and follow through on sale and lease agreements from offer to completion.
• Track local market trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to guide clients.
• Help oversee the performance of listed properties so they remain attractive and competitive.
• Plan and carry out viewings, answer client questions, and negotiate to close deals.
• Use CRM, email, and Microsoft Office to manage leads and record activity.
Requirements
• At least 5 years solid experience in real estate sales/lettings in Kenya.
• Strong record of closing deals and hitting or beating sales targets.
• Good experience with both residential properties; commercial exposure and basic property management are a strong plus.
• Very good communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident, organised, and comfortable working in a busy, field-based role around Nairobi.
• Honest, reliable, and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Property or a similar area is an advantage, but strong experience is more important.
