So, what’s involved?
With your background in recruitment, you’ll be well versed with delivering a positive candidate experience. From managing the administrative process like CVs and database management, through to carrying out screening calls with candidates, you’ll cover it all.
This role will initially start out as a few hours a day but as volume increase, we will increase your level of responsibility and workload, giving you a much broader spectrum of tasks to focus on.
You’ll sit within a highly driven and focussed team of 5, all enabling and supporting your success within the business. With your drive and need to see tasks through to completion no matter what, you’ll feel right at home.
It’s vital that:
•You have a background within recruitment with proven sourcing capabilities
• You have strong spoken and written English skills
• You are comfortable following structured SOPs
• You are organised and proactive
• Within 2 hours of UK time zone
Ideally:
• You will have your own LinkedIn Recruiter access
• UK recruitment experience
• Experience within the food manufacturing, manufacturing or product-led sector
