About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Digital Growth to lead and scale Group-level digital growth across multiple markets. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for driving measurable commercial outcomes across consumer digital channels — including app growth, digital revenues, customer lifecycle value, and broadband adoption.
Operating within a centralized Group model with OpCo-led execution, you’ll define growth strategy, frameworks, and performance standards while working in a highly matrixed environment to ensure strong local delivery.

What You’ll Do
Digital Growth Strategy & Execution
• Own and deliver Group-wide digital growth strategy across GSM, FinTech, Home Broadband (HBB), and new digital products.
• Drive MAU/DAU growth, digital share of recharges and transactions, ARPU uplift, retention, churn reduction, and CLV.
• Lead always-on growth across owned and paid digital channels, enabling OpCos with playbooks, toolkits, and guardrails.
• Design and scale end-to-end digital funnels for acquisition, activation, monetization, and self-service.
Customer Lifecycle, CVM & Retention
• Own the full digital customer lifecycle from onboarding to win-back.
• Build advanced CVM capabilities using micro-segmentation, behavioral triggers, propensity models, churn prediction, and next-best-action engines.
• Deliver personalized, data-led customer journeys across app, web, USSD, and broadband portals.
Growth via Digital + Traditional Channels
• Integrate digital growth with call centres, retail, frontline agents, and field teams.
• Build digital-to-offline playbooks, incentives, and analytics-led sales journeys.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, CX, and Product teams to embed a Digital-First culture.
Analytics, Performance & Optimization
• Build a strong analytics foundation to track funnels, behaviour, and commercial KPIs.
• Use tools such as Firebase, GA360, AppsFlyer, and MarTech/CVM platforms to drive insight-led growth.
• Lead executive dashboards, performance reviews, and growth reporting.
Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead within a centralized, matrixed Group model with dotted-line OpCo leadership.
• Set growth standards, frameworks, and governance rhythms across markets.
• Coach and develop future digital growth leaders while fostering a performance-driven, experimentation-led culture.
Innovation & New Revenue Streams
• Identify and scale new digital revenue opportunities (Loans, Content, VAS, HBB add-ons).
• Develop partnerships and stay ahead of market and competitor trends.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise
• 15+ years’ experience, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles within Telco, Digital, Big Tech, Media, or Retail.
• Proven track record driving large-scale digital growth and commercial performance.
• Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, lifecycle management, CVM, funnel optimization, and analytics.
• Experience owning channels, products, or P&L in high-scale consumer businesses.
• Multi-market or Group/centralized experience strongly preferred.
• HBB or broadband product experience is a plus.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Digital Media, or related field.
• MBA or advanced qualifications in Marketing or Emerging Markets preferred.
• Digital Marketing or Advertising certifications are an advantage.
