Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Business Representative, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and effectively communicating products or services to potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, managing client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Additionally, the representative will participate in training sessions to maintain knowledge of product offerings.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Training
• Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying market trends and opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Familiarity with B2B sales practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
