Role Overview
The Sourcing Associate is responsible for identifying, attracting, and building a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet both current and future business needs. This role plays a key part in supporting high-volume and specialized recruitment processes through proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-building with candidates.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in BPO, recruitment, headhunting, or sales-oriented environments, who are eager to grow their career in a multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business and client requirements.
• Build and manage talent pipelines ensuring quality, diversity, and readiness of candidates.
• Support recruitment processes by presenting qualified candidates to specific accounts.
• Participate in coaching and mentoring programs to strengthen technical and soft skills.
• Conduct proactive sourcing activities, including cold calling and direct outreach.
• Provide labor market insights that support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, headhunting, sales, or BPO environments.
• Knowledge of selection processes and candidate engagement.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or sourcing platforms.
