WE’RE HIRING: HEAD OF YOUTH GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS
Peak Performance International (PPI) is scaling its Youth Division nationally and is seeking a commercially driven, purpose-aligned leader to build, grow, and own the business and partnerships arm of our youth transformation work.
This is not a program delivery role.
This is a growth, revenue, and partnership leadership role.

THE ROLE
As Head of Youth Growth & Partnerships, you will be accountable for the commercial success, growth, and scalability of PPI’s Youth Division.
You will operate as the commercial owner of the Youth Division, working closely with the Head of Youth Programs & Impact, who is responsible for program quality and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth & Revenue Ownership
Own revenue targets, enrollments, and overall commercial performance of all youth programs.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for parents, schools, institutions, NGOs, and corporates.
Build scalable sales funnels (school talks → parent forums → webinars → enrollments → renewals).
Package, price, position, and continuously refine youth offerings for profitability and scale.
Partnerships & Sales
• Develop and manage high-value partnerships with schools, school groups, parent associations, and institutions.
• Personally lead key pitches, sales meetings, parent briefings, webinars, and negotiations.
• Convert partnerships into signed, revenue-generating agreements.
Leadership & Execution
• Build, manage, and drive accountability within the youth growth and partnerships team.
• Track KPIs including revenue, enrollments, conversion rates, pipeline value, and partner performance.
• Work closely with senior leadership to scale the Youth Division nationally and regionally.
EQUITY & PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
This role offers a clear pathway to shareholding in PPI’s Youth Division.
Subject to meeting agreed commercial and growth targets, the successful candidate will be eligible for:
• Equity participation / shares in the Youth Division, and Progression into a formal partnership role within Peak Performance International.
The structure, milestones, and equity allocation will be performance-based, clearly defined, and agreed upfront.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who think like owners, not employees.

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or program growth.
• Strong commercial instincts with a demonstrated ability to close.
• High confidence engaging parents, school leadership, institutional decision-makers, and boards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort owning numbers, targets, and outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with KPIs, forecasts, and accountability frameworks.
Added Advantage
• Experience in education, youth development, coaching, or leadership programs.
• Experience scaling services or programs across multiple institutions.
• Background in purpose-driven or impact-focused organisations.
• Coaching or facilitation exposure.

• Are uncomfortable selling or asking for commitment.
• Avoid accountability for revenue and results.
