Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Through various inspection activities to ensure the consistent production quality, enough order quantity and on time delivery.

-Follow the SOP (standard operation procedure) to perform the timely inspections-Risk assessment of products with during PPM and line review with factory representative(s).-Follow up the production status and T&A (WIP) on regular basis.-Monitor factory’s production plan to fix the inspection schedule.-Collaboration and timely communication with all related parties on any quality issue and work out the solution with factory as well as following up action.-Issue the inspection report timely as well as the quality issue escalation-Follow up the CAP implementation and the outcome.-Provide the regular training to vendor/factory people and make sure their understanding on customer’s requirement, quality standard as well as their quality consciousness enhancement.-Continuously drive the factory to improve the quality of the product to achieve the requirement.-Update the new requirement to factory whenever necessary and case study sharing.-Monitor factory’s daily operation include compliance issues.-Monitor the running of factory’s internal quality control system, include sharp tool control and needle detection process.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

-5 years’ working experience in QA/QC field.-Know the inspection process (AQL standard) and requirement very well.-Good knowledge of all kinds of textile/fabric, print techniques, and safety requirement.-Bachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma-Good in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report.-Basic computer skills and handle Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook easily.

Language Proficiency:Fluent in: English is a must
