Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated part-time Remote Outbound Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls seeking resident feedback on their living experience. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ideal candidate can follow a script, engage residents, and document the survey responses. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to handle objections. Qualifications:
Some experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Must have basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Must have a personal PC or laptop with speaker and sound
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls, leveraging cold calling techniques to establish rapport with apartment residents.
• Following Scripts: Using provided scripts to engage residents to complete a resident feedback survey.
• Persuasive Communication: Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Data Entry: Record resident survey feedback scores and comments.
• Compliance: Keep resident information secure and adhere to company policy regarding protecting client and resident data information.
• Meeting Call Quotas: Complete the required number of outbound calls.
• Meeting Survey Completion Quotas: Complete the required number of resident surveys.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet call quotas.
• Part-time position, Monday-Friday and must be able to work between the hours of 8:00-5:00 PM.
