Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing business operations, developing and implementing strategic growth plans, building partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations, identifying market opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving water enhancement initiatives across business sectors. The Owner will also lead a team, manage resources effectively, and represent the company at industry events and partner meetings.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and team leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Technical knowledge related to agriculture, water-based industrial systems, or environmental technologies
• Understanding of business operations in Nairobi County and the larger Kenyan market
• Problem-solving capabilities with effective decision-making skills
• Familiarity with green and energy-efficient technology solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Commitment to sustainability and innovation in water management
