Regional Sales Representative
Job Description
1. New Market Expansion -Primary Mandate
Aggressively identify, visit, and acquire new hardware shops, contractors, developers, and end users in the assigned region.
Prospect leads
Build a strong pipeline using structured follow-up (minimum 7 touches per lead).
Convert prospects into buying accounts within 30–45 days.
2. Account Penetration & Growth
Reactivate dormant customers and increase monthly order volumes.
Conduct field visits daily
Expand product share—especially 3. Market Intelligence (10%)
Monitor competitor pricing, stock availability, and supply behaviour.
Identify gaps and opportunities for product positioning.
Submit weekly reports with actionable insights.
4. Sales Execution Reporting
Achieve monthly product targets by segment:
o New customers
o Current customers
o Inactive customers
o Contractors
5 Update CRM/sales tracker daily
6 Manage receivables with average collection ≤ 7 days.
