Position Overview

Tiles & More Kenya is announcing an opening for a Showroom Consultant at our location near the S.G.R. station. This multifaceted role requires a seasoned professional to oversee showroom sales, track team attendance, and coordinate warehouse operations. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, reliable, and capable of balancing customer-facing sales with back-end logistics.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Team Oversight: Lead showroom sales efforts and monitor team attendance.
• Warehouse & Logistics: Manage warehouse operations, including the accurate receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Administrative Management: Maintain precise daily records for sales, inventory levels, and team schedules.
• Expert Consultation: Provide high-level guidance to walk-in clients on product specifications and aesthetics.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom remains organized and reflective of our brand standards.

Requirements
• Location Preference: Candidates residing near S.G.R. are strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in showroom management and sales, or related fields.
• Logistics Skills: Prior experience overseeing warehouse operations (receiving/dispatching) is essential.
• Education: Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry for record-keeping. Preference for candidates with ERP experience.
• Attributes: High integrity, strong leadership skills, and a professional customer-first mentality.
