Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

We are a high-quality youth sports storytelling studio, winner of 26 international awards, dedicated to celebrating courage and inspiring greatness. We capture young athletes in real games and transform their moments into heartwarming stories that families cherish forever.

🎯 Your mission:

- Pre-editing: Select and prepare the best images for emotional viewing sessions.

- Post-editing: High-quality artistic retouching for premium prints and wall art.

- Light video editing: Create short pieces for social media.

- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual storytelling in every deliverable.

✅ Requirements:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for editing and retouching.

-English level B2+, C1

-Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for light video editing geared towards social media.

-Use of AI tools applied to editing, such as denoising and masking.

-Photo Editing and Post-Production: Speed and Selection Criteria: Ability to filter and select the best images (curation) from a set of 200-500 photos per athlete to tell a story.

-Fine-Art Quality Retouching: Perform meticulous localized retouching, color correction, and removal of distractions for large-format prints.

-Color Management: Manage workflows with calibrated monitors to ensure that the edit translates accurately to print.

-Composition and Visual Storytelling: Mastery of composition rules, cropping, and the use of black and white to enhance the emotional impact of the story.

-Technical Image Knowledge: Understanding of the 12 elements of a quality image (PPA standards).

Ability to perform global and local adjustments (curves, masks, dodge & burn) to give the image a three-dimensional feel. Dynamic range and histogram control to avoid cropping or washed-out images.
