Job Description
SmartCaller is an AI-powered voice automation platform that helps businesses capture more revenue by automating inbound and outbound phone calls.
Our AI voice agents can:
• Answer inbound calls 24/7
• Qualify leads
• Book appointments
• Run outbound campaigns
• 100+ languages with 300+ integrations
We serve call-heavy, appointment-driven businesses such as home service companies, real estate teams, legal and other service-based operators.
We are currently expanding and looking for a high-performance closer to help scale client acquisition.
Role Overview
This is a performance-driven sales role focused on:
• Cold Call/LinkedIn/Email outreach
• Closing qualified prospects
• Following up with warm leads
• Managing deal flow through close
• Running product demos
Outbound prospecting may be included depending on experience.
You will be working directly with the founder in a fast-moving AI SaaS environment.
Compensation Structure
• 15-20% commission on first-year contract value
• Paid on collected revenue
• Uncapped earning potential
• Average deal size: $4,000–$8,000 annual value
Expected monthly OTE:
• 3–5 closed deals/month = $1,500–$3,500+
• Higher performers can exceed this
This role is ideal for someone who prefers upside over fixed salary.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred)
• Strong objection handling skills
• Experience running demos (Preferred)
• Confident, consultative selling style
• Self-managed and comfortable working remotely
• Familiarity with CRM systems
Bonus if you have:
• Sold automation, AI, or marketing services
• Experience selling to home services or local businesses

• Ability to clearly communicate ROI to business owners
• Contributing feedback to improve messaging and positioning
