Job Description
Accountabilities
• Act as the primary operational extension to senior leadership.
• Drive priorities and manage execution on commercial initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare materials for executive reporting.
• Own reporting and analytics for Sales Operations functions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify business trends.
• Partner closely with the Salesforce Manager to define reporting requirements.
• Proactively identify data trends and opportunities within performance metrics.
• Drive commercial reporting and forecast cadences.
• Ensure disciplined and repeatable forecasting processes.
• Support sales enablement efforts and documentation.
Requirements
• 5–7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations.
• Strong background in sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Salesforce Administrator (201) Certification and advanced Salesforce experience.
• Proven strategic partnership experience with senior leadership.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
