Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Web Designer, located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with an option for some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Web Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centric web designs, implementing responsive and functional front-end layouts, and designing cohesive user interfaces that align with branding and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with development teams, creating visual elements, optimizing designs for various devices, and staying updated on design trends and technologies.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Web Design, Responsive Web Design, and User Interface Design
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in Graphic Design to create visually appealing layouts and digital assets
• Keen understanding of usability principles and user experience best practices
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
