CRO Designer for Product Selection and Checkout | Mobile-First Design
Job Description
Our funnel sees a large drop off within our intake form, from lead capture to purchases. We want to optimize our flow to reduce our drop off rate.
We need to optimize 4-5 pages within an intake form, and need to update our UI/design in order to help showcase selling points to increase conversions.
The Goal:
- Audit & Optimize: Analyze our current flow to identify friction points, and help mitigate.
- Visual Rebrand: Update the UI to be modern, professional, and trustworthy.
- Mobile-First Design: Ensure the intake and checkout process is seamless across all devices. Majority of our traffic is from mobile.
- Conversion Focus: Implement design psychological triggers (social proof, urgency, clarity) to increase successful completions.
Key Deliverables:
- Wireframes/Prototypes: Low and high-fidelity mockups of the new flow (Figma or Adobe XD).
- UI Kit: A small style guide (buttons, typography, form fields) for our developers to implement. - We have our own font, and logo but UI can be optimized.
- Handoff Documentation: instructions for our dev team to ensure the design is executed perfectly.
Requirements:
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in conversion rate optimization and experimentation.
- Proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) for wireframes + high-fidelity mockups.
Solid understanding of:
• Funnels and user journeys
• Behavioral targeting and segmentation
• UX/UI optimization principles
