Against this background, the virtual conference on new qualifications and competencies in TVET provided participants the opportunity to discuss how new qualifications and competencies are identified and how do they find their way into TVET practice. The virtual conference was open to all members of the UNESCO-UNEVOC TVeT Forum, an online community with more than 6500 members. Summary of key reflections Different TVET systems face similar demands related to digitalization, greening TVET, and entrepreneurship Participants highlighted a high level of demand in three of the four BILT thematic areas: digitalization, greening TVET, and entrepreneurship.
