Background & Objective The UNESCO-UNEVOC International Centre for TVET assists UNESCO Member States to achieve high-quality, relevant, lifelong and cost-effective technical and vocational education and training (TVET) for all. It collaborates with UNESCO Headquarters, UNESCO Institutes/Centres and Field Offices, and works in close partnership with other international and national agencies in the field of TVET. UNESCOUNEVOC is the main hub of the global UNEVOC Network of TVET institutions in UNESCO Member States. • The UNESCO Office in Abuja, which requested UNESCO-UNEVOC to design and implement an extensive hybrid capacity-building programme for TVET managers and teachers in Côte d’Ivoire, and to finalize the deliverables initiated in 2025 across the following three countries: Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. • The GIZ-funded TVET Sector Support Programme in Pakistan, which requested UNESCOUNEVOC to lead the implementation of an extensive hybrid capacity-building programme for TVET leaders, managers and decision-makers.
